Made-to-order Rugs: 30-40 Days

• Each made-to-order rug is handcrafted with care, requiring 30-40 days for delivery.
• You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Ready-to-Ship Rugs: 4-8 Business Days

• Orders are shipped quickly and typically arrive within 4-8 business days, depending on the destination.
• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

3. Shipping Costs

• We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. No hidden fees or extra charges.

4. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

We partner with trusted carriers such as FedEx and DHL to ensure safe and timely delivery. Customers will receive a tracking number via email as soon as their order is dispatched.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

• International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes.
• These fees are determined by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility.
  

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to the following regions:

• P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses
• Specific countries with import restrictions on handmade textiles
