At KeshRug, we take great pride in the quality of our handmade Moroccan rugs. We want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a simple and fair return and refund process, outlined below.

2. Returns

Eligibility for Return

• Ready-to-Ship Rugs: You can return ready-to-ship rugs within 14 days of delivery.
• Made-to-Order Rugs: You can also return made-to-order rugs within 14 days of delivery if you’re not fully satisfied. Please note that these rugs are custom-made, so we kindly ask that you consider your purchase carefully before returning.

Condition for Return

• Rugs must be in their original, unused condition, with no signs of damage, wear, or alteration.
  

Return Process

1. Contact Us: To start a return, please email us at support@keshrug.com within 14 days of receiving your rug.
2. Return Authorization: After contacting us, we will provide instructions and a return authorization.
3. Shipping the Return: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the rug is damaged or defective.
4. Inspecting the Return: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the rug and process the refund if it meets the return criteria.

3. Refunds

Refund Process

• Ready-to-Ship Rugs: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and approve your return.
• Refund Amount: You will receive a full refund for the cost of the rug.
• Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your rug arrives damaged or defective, please contact us, and we will arrange for a return, exchange, or full refund, including the return shipping costs.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different rug, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
