The rug I ordered is absolutely gorgeous and the photo's were incredibly accurate. There was a slight issue with delivery but the customer service and support was excellent and it was resolved very satisfactorily. Would definitely recommend and buy rugs from them in the future.

I love this rug. It completely grounded my bedroom. It came as expected and I was notified on all the shipping. It is absolutely Beautiful.
I LOVE this rug so much. It looks just like the image and fits my space perfectly. It's so soft and you can tell the materials are high quality. This probably doesn't matter to many, but it also didn't have any chemical smells or funky-ness that other rugs have when you first get them, which I really appreciated.
This rug is absolutely fabulous. The quality is impeccable. It’s wool but the softest and most plush rug. The seller was very quick to respond. Shipping date was pushed back a couple times and I had to keep checking in, but as soon as it shipped it arrived quickly. It was only about a week behind what was originally said so not a big deal at all. Well worth the wait and price. I would definitely purchase again and highly recommend this shop!
